1. Newly available spaces will be updated on Smart-Space Leasing Management Portal (LMS) 10 am every Monday (and postpone to the next workday if it falls into a public holiday)
2. When there is more than one applicant for the same space, allocation will be on a first-come-first-serve basis based on the completion of the Application and payment
